Terms and Conditions
Every body is unique and we like to provide a unique service to reflect this.
We require our clients to provide us with personal and sensitive information to allow us to fully assess and treat our clients to the best of our ability. If information is withheld from our therapists they may miss something important and not be able to provide the best treatment available.
We adhere to a strict professional code of conduct which includes confidentiality and consent. This means we need your consent to assess and treat you. It also means that any information that is provided to us is treated in strictest confidence. There may be occasions when we feel that it would be in your best interests to inform your GP or another healthcare practitioner of our findings and then, only with your full consent, would we communicate with your GP, Consultant or a 3rd party.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any alterations or cancellations to allow us to offer the session to someone else. If we are not given this notice then we reserve the right to charge for our time.
We accept credit cards, cash or cheques in clinic but sometimes people require an invoice to be sent. On these occasions, we request that the invoice is settled in full within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee plus the recommended interest rate (8% plus bank of England interest rate) for any account not settle within the set time frame.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your treatment then please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can try to rectify the issue. Our email address is
